The declaration addresses principles and goals for evangelizing Japan and is accompanied by commentary. Part 2 is a discussion by a group of pastors, scholars and lawyers that followed the congress addressing how to identify the problems in Japan that have hindered evangelization and how to apply the goals of the declaration to the life of Japanese Christians today and in the future.
