3.11 Booklet. The March, 2011, nuclear disaster in Fukushima prompted the author to remember her own experience of the aftermath of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima. Her Christian father, a doctor, was killed in the attack and she entered the city the day after. She shares her experience of radiation poisoning and expecting to die. She prays that the people of Fukushima will not experience what she did and the situation will improve. She also shares her journey of faith, being baptized as a baby but coming to her own faith later when she was then baptized again, only to be separated from the church for some years until she returned in her 70’s.
